Our Mission: Putting God's love into action by extending help through hope.

At Mission Southside, our hope is in Christ.

          "Our soul waits for the Lord;
               he is our help and our shield.
           For our heart is glad in him,
               because we trust in his holy name.
           Let your steadfast love, O Lord, be upon us,
               even as we hope in you."
           - Psalm 33:20-22 ESV
Effective 3/24/2020, there is a stay at home mandate for Johnson County for all non-essential services. Essential services include preparation, distribution, and delivery of food ... encouraging people to limit their non-essential travel. Mission Southside will continue to collect, prepare and deliver food to the school kids and families who are food insecure during the crisis.
